Information We Collect

We collect account details, workspace configuration, connected social-account metadata, brand inputs, scheduled content, uploaded assets, and product usage data needed to run Vuti.

When you connect third-party platforms, we receive the tokens and profile data required to publish content, sync account state, and show workflow history inside the product.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate users, store brand context, generate drafts, manage approvals, publish approved content, and operate support, analytics, and billing workflows.

We may use service providers for hosting, database, storage, email delivery, observability, and AI generation. Those providers process data only to deliver the service.

Storage and Retention

Workspace data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period after cancellation when needed for backups, billing records, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Uploaded assets, generated outputs, and publishing history may remain in backups for a limited recovery window after deletion.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account credentials, stored content, and connected-platform tokens.

No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can update workspace data, disconnect social accounts, and request account deletion by contacting us. You are responsible for removing content you no longer want stored in the product.
