Use the workflow responsibly and review what you publish.

Effective April 10, 2026. These terms govern access to Vuti accounts, workspaces, subscriptions, and publishing workflows.

Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your workspace and connected social accounts.

You may only use Vuti for lawful business or creator activity and in line with the rules of the platforms you connect.

Approvals and Publishing

Vuti is designed around an approval-first workflow. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled content, brand claims, and publishing destinations before approval.

You remain responsible for content that is approved, scheduled, or published through your connected accounts.

Fees and Billing

Paid plans, credits, storage, and add-ons are billed according to the active subscription terms in your workspace. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

We may change pricing, plan limits, or packaging in the future. Material changes will apply on a forward-looking basis.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Vuti to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, evade platform enforcement, or generate deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate access if use creates security, fraud, legal, or platform-policy risk.

Third-Party Services

The product depends on third-party providers for hosting, storage, AI generation, analytics, email, and social-platform connectivity. Availability may be affected by those providers.

Your use of connected social networks remains subject to the separate terms and policies of those platforms.

Warranty and Liability

Vuti is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from planning, drafting, or publishing.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vuti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, profits, goodwill, or data.
